(1) In the following cases, a pension as per section 14 shall be given to a person who is desired by the judge from among his family members for the following period and in case of the death of such desired person or if the judge does not wish anyone, the pension according to section 14 shall be given:-

(A) If the judge dies while in office, up to seven years from the date of death,

(B) In case of death within seven years of starting to receive pension according to Section 14, up to the remaining period before the end of those seven years.

p>(2) If a judge dies while holding office, he will not receive pension according to section 14 but will receive gratuity, the amount of such gratuity will be received by the person as per sub-section (1) among the members of his family.

(3) According to sub-section (1) After the period of family pension has been paid, the widowed wife or widower of the judge shall receive half of such pension throughout his life.

However, the person receiving pension shall not receive double pension.
